REGISTRATION
As a registered candidate you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate and complete in all aspects.
Fabdivas.co.uk are eligible to close down any account whereby the user is using internet protocol address to disrupt any of our services.
ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
To make purchases on this site, you will be required to provide details such as your name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. In addition you will be required to provide payment details which must be valid, correct and confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing statement provided.
The email address which you provide shall be used as a method of communication with you.
This website is only available to consumers who meet Fabdivas.co.uk terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card accepted by bank or PayPal to Fabdivas.co.uk and who have authorised to process a charge or charges on their credit/ debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise purchased. Furthermore, you agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

ORDERS
All orders made are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Fabdivas.co.uk offers products that are available for sale and dispatched from our company. However, occasionally we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers. Consequently you may be given the option to register your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product on our site. We will attempt to send an email notification within 48 hours of product availability on the site. Please note that during occasions certain products that are on particular high demand will sell out during this period.
Fabdivas will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of 1year.
PRICING POLICY
Fabdivas.co.uk will try and ensure that all details, description and prices displayed on this website are accurate; however errors may occur and will be amended.
All prices displayed are in GBP, Euros and USD.
Product prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted during the selling period.
(Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT).
Delivery costs will be charged in addition, clearly displayed where applicable and included in the total cost.
Typographical errors or other errors may occur on this site. We therefore reserve the rights to correct any errors or inaccuracies to change or update information without notice.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
Once placing an order of your choice, you will receive an email confirming receipt of purchased order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, it is simply confirmation of receipt of your order.
Unless the order is cancelled, the acceptance and completion of your order contracted between you and Fabdivas.co.uk will be completed when payment has been approved. We will then send an email confirming the goods that have been dispatched. Therefore the sale contract is concluded in London, United Kingdom and the language of the contract is English.
We reserve the right to decline unauthorised payment orders, out of stock items or items that does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the terms of conditions.
PAYMENT
Fabdivas.co.uk accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal and any other methods clearly displayed on the site. Once payment authorisation has been completed, your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to authorise payment to Fabdivas.co.uk, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Fabdivas.co.uk takes reasonable care to ensure our site is secure to make payments. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using a secure online payment. If you are a registered Fabdivas.co.uk user, we will securely store your payment details on our systems. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you initiated.
PROMOTION CODES
Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
DELIVERY
To ensure we have the right delivery address, it is your responsibility to check or update your address detail, log into my Account and click edit. Remember to click save when you are done.
We will send delivery estimation when an order has been placed via email. Once your parcel has been dispatched it will arrive within 3-7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
The delivery period stated within which you receive your order is approximate. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
Deliveries are not made on bank holidays, so expect your order to arrive on working days.
Invoices will be attached with shipment.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Any unused item can be returned, exchanged or refunded within 28 days of receiving your product. Just email customercare@fabdivas.co.uk and note the details of your replacement on the returns form that came with your order.
All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore make sure it’s packaged well and can’t get damaged on the way! If the package arrives in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return it back to you.
Our return address will be emailed to you or send a request to returns@fabdivas.co.uk .
If you are a UK customer, you can return your items through the use of Royal Mail at your own expense.
LATE RETURNS
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days. Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of Fabdivas.co.uk and may only be refunded as a store credit.
OUR POLICY
All items are fully inspected before they are dispatched to customers, should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Please return items in its original and resalable condition.
Items should be returned in its original packaging. If any damage is detected on the product or packaging, your return may not be accepted and sent back to you.
If any item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
No human hair product should be used, tampered with and returned as we address the importance of hygiene. This includes removing hair from the bundle.
Beauty cosmetics, hair and jewellery must be returned unused, unopened and in its original package or they may not be accepted.
We will NOT ACCEPT any product that has been brushed, used, washed, or worn.
RIGHTS TO VARY TERMS
We retain the rights to vary our Terms without notice. We may modify the Terms of Conditions from time to time. Please ensure to read terms and conditions when using the site. Any changes made after placing an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make changes by the law.

“Fabdivas.co.uk” is a registered trademark company; therefore we are the owner of our brand name, copy rights, illustration, images, logos, registered or unregistered designs, trademark and other intellectual property rights which appear on this site. These rights and materials may be used for the purpose of using this site in accordance to agreed terms of use.

Any access or use of the Website for any reason other than your personal, non-commercial use is prohibited.
No part of this Website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or Website without our prior written consent.

However, please be aware that due to a number of mitigating factors such as internet browsers and monitor colour contrasts colour may appear to vary slightly from the product as it appears on your screen and we cannot be held responsible for any monitor colour discrepancies between the image on the screen and the actual product.
We are not responsible for losses which is not caused by our breach or negligence, indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not reasonably foreesable by you and us (for example loss of profit or opportunity).
