           UK Standard Delivery: Within 3-7 working days - £4.99

           UK Tracked Delivery: Within 3-7 working days – £7.99

           United States Delivery: Within 3-7 working days – £14.99

           Worldwide International Delivery: Within 5-10 working days – £29.99

 

          UK Next Day Delivery

          Monday – Friday: Within 1-2 working days – £9.99

         *Orders placed before 1pm on weekdays can be delivered next day.

 

          Weekends:

         *Orders before 1pm on Saturday can be delivered on Monday.

         *Orders after 1pm on Saturday can be delivered on Tuesday.

         IMPORTANT INFORMATION

         Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.

         Before dispatching your purchases, we may need to confirm your address.

         To ensure we have the right delivery address, please check or update your address detail, log into my Account and click edit. Remember to click save when you are done.

         Invoices will be attached with shipment.

 

FREE SHIPPING

From time to time Fabdivas.co.uk may run a free shipping promotion. Customers will be notified via email, simply sign up to our newsletters. Please NOTE that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page.

 

INSURANCE

Fabdivas insures each purchase shipped out is delivered to you. Items sent out may require a signature for any goods delivered. Therefore it’s the customer’s responsibility to sign and receive product.

We will send delivery estimation when an order has been placed via email.

Please NOTE that Fabdivas.co.uk is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier services. We entrust our delivery services to ship your package on time.

We advise that orders for special occasions should be placed in advance to avoid delays. Estimated delivery is used as a guideline commencing from dispatch date.

Once your parcel has been dispatched it will arrive within 3-7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Deliveries are not made on bank holidays, so expect your order to arrive on working days.

We will not offer reimbursement of shipping delays charges.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE (UK CUSTOMERS)

            Exchanging or returning an item is easy. Simply send a request to returns@fabdivas.co.uk and you be advised further.

            The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore make sure it’s packaged well and can’t get damaged on the way! If the package arrives in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return it back to you. 

            If you are a UK customer, you can return your items through the use of Royal Mail at your own expense.

 

            HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE (INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS)

Exchanging or returning an item is easy. Simply send a request to returns@fabdivas.co.uk and you be advised further. Request for exchange must be applied within 21 days of receiving your order. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore make sure it’s packaged well and can’t get damaged on the way! If the package arrives in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return it back to you.

 

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Customers have the rights to cancel their orders with us, provided a written notice of order cancellation has been sent via email within 48 hours of placing the order. Please email customerservice@fabdivas.co.uk.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchange will be accepted within 14 days for UK customers and 21 days for International customers of receiving the product (s).

Return shipping cost will not be covered by Fabdivas.co.uk.

Customers may have cover shipment cost at their own expense. If you are a UK customer, you can return your items through the use of Royal Mail at your own expense. 

Depending on which postal service you may use, it can usually take up to 10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for your return to be delivered back to us.

An email will be sent out as soon as we have received your return in its original condition. We will then either exchange your replacement or apply for refund to your original payment type.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This can take up to 5 working days in UK, dependent on your bank/card issuer.

Return products will ONLY be accepted in its good original condition, if not we may have to send it back to you.

Products that have been returned unused, in its original condition will be exchanged. Please NOTE, customers may be required to cover the difference of additional cost and shipping costs.

            Please allow 72 hours for items to be processed.
 

RECEIVING A REFUND

            Fabdivas.co.uk runs an Exchange ONLY and Non Refundable Policy.

 

LATE RETURNS

Returns should be sent back to Fabdivas.co.uk within 14 days. Returns outside these timeframes may not be accepted or refunded.

 

OUR POLICY

All items are fully inspected before they are dispatched to customers, should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Please return items in its original and resalable condition.

Items should be returned in its original packaging. If any damage is detected on the product or packaging, your return may not be accepted and sent back to you.

If any item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

No human hair product should be used, tampered with and returned as we address the importance of hygiene. This includes removing hair from the bundle.

Beauty cosmetics, hair and jewellery must be returned unused, unopened and in its original package or may not be accepted.

We will NOT ACCEPT any product that has been brushed, used, washed, or worn.

 Fabdivas.co.uk accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal and any other methods clearly displayed on the site. Once payment authorisation has been completed, your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to authorise payment to Fabdivas.co.uk, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Fabdivas.co.uk takes reasonable care to ensure our site is secure to make payments. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using a secure online payment. If you are a registered Fabdivas.co.uk user, we will securely store your payment details on our systems. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you initiated.  

All transactions made on this website are processed using a secure online payment gateway. This website is using a secure host environment, which meets Payment Card Industry (PCI) security standards.

 

           FASTER SHOPPING

           Fabdivas.co.uk also provides the option to easily shop and make quicker payment by using Barclays and Paypal payment merchant service.

           Your full card details will NOT be displayed, except for the last four digits so you will be able to identify you card. This has been designed to protect your personal information.
